Another Great Meeting

We meet every two weeks in Bracha's house. There is no minimum age requirement. So far everyone is behaving nicely...
Those cloth baby balls were such a big hit, we just can't stop making them! This one is flannel. The fabrics are bananas and monkeys. Such fun!
Devorah came to the meeting for the first time. She brought a large Log Cabin block she had made. The fabrics were left over from calico dresses she made for her daughters.
At every meeting we have a demonstration--there is so much to learn! Last week Bracha showed us how to make hexagons. This week we learned how to sew the hexagon flowers to the background fabric.
Jolie is paying close attention. So is her granddaughter...
Sahra is an old pro at hexagons. She brought her latest project to share with us.
Bracha has thought of a new idea: a baby play mat/quilt with toys attached.

There are lots of projects laid out on the table to look at...
Another great meeting. Thanks, ladies!

I'm so glad to see that, in spite of what is going on in your neck of the woods, NOTHING can stop a quilter from quilting. Looks like you've got quite the industrious group of ladies there. Hugs to all!
